According to Hoyle (aka A2H) is the story of two friends who decide that their luck at gambling isn't working. So they get on the other side of the table. The boys become bookies for themselves and figure out that bookmaking isn't as easy as it looks. They also learn that their collection skills aren't nearly what they thought. A2H was written within a few weeks in the Spring of 2003. We quickly in turn got to work on production. We then in turn quickly got out of production. The summer turned out to be too hectic to complete this gem of a film. So the whole thing was shelved for a few months. We returned to filming in the Fall, with the cast tweaked just a bit. Production was flying along at first, until we hit some snags again. Long story short, we took a little time off. But According to Hoyle is back in production as of January 2004. Sorry to all those who have been anxiously awaiting the release of this film. Check out the A2H Log for up to the minute coverage. This was previously the last word on A2H, as you can see from above, the film has since been shelved due to lack of excitement among many members of the cast.
