Man-Birth Films is basically a dream at this point. But with a little hard work and the hope of falling ass-backwards into some money, it will one day become a reality. We are based out of Rhode Island, and plan to make movies in, and based in Little Rhody. Man-Birth Films is currently balls deep in several projects:
New! Man-Birth Films is currently working on a new project tentatively titled Benny's. This project will be a series of half hour installments and will feature Mat Moore and Denny Vealey of According to Hoyle fame. Check out the Benny's Home Page for more details and up to the minute updates.The on again off again shooting schedule of According to Hoyle permanently switched to off during the Spring of 2004. Pictures and info on the unfinished moving picture can still be found at the home page: According to Hoyle.My Life/Refrigerate After Opening were chosen as Rhode Island College Film Studies Talent Award recipients for the Spring 2003/Fall 2004 semesters respectively.Man-Birth's first project, Refrigerate After Opening is complete. It has since been transferred to mini-dv (although hacked up by the ass who did it) and is available on CD, VHS, or mini-dv for anyone interested in a copy.An untitled experimental piece (part of the student film library) has also been completed. It will possibly be available for download in the future.The final cut of The Eight's should be printed and ready to begin the production stage sometime in the distant future.
